Fire, Water & Storm Restoration

FIRE RESTORATION

Living through a fire can be one of the most traumatic events of your life. Once the fire is out and the smoke clears, the situation can be very overwhelming. You may wonder if your house will ever be your home again. HRN eases the burden, helping you each step of the way from handling the insurance process to the restoration.

WATER RESTORATION

Water and flood damage can be devastating to your home or business. Our staff works quickly to get on site and assess your unique circumstances. HRN uses the highest quality, state of the art equipment to dry your home back to normal moisture levels. Once the water is removed, our trained team of moisture professionals will deploy highly sensitive moisture detection equipment to ensure that there are no hidden pockets of saturation that will cause issues in the future for you and your family. Our sophisticated equipment and highly trained crews will not leave until all tests are at satisfactory, normal moisture levels. Once the water and moisture issues are resolved, construction teams will move in to expedite the reconstruction of your home, usually restoring the condition to better than original state.

STORM RESTORATION

A storm can be a scary or traumatic event, such as high winds causing a tree to crash through the roof or large hail banging against your windows, causing damage to the exterior of your home. Once the storm clears and you survey the damage, the situation can be very overwhelming. You may wonder if your house will ever be your home again. HRN eases the burden, helping you each step of the way from handling the insurance process to the restoration.

You must mitigate the damage immediately. Our staff works quickly to get on site and assess your unique circumstances. HRN will do what is needed to cover exposed structure, including tarping the roof, boarding-up broken windows, or any needed emergency repairs to prevent further damage. Most insurance carriers cover these services. Once the mitigation issues are resolved, our skilled estimating team will meet and work with your insurance adjuster to define the scope of needed repairs; then construction teams can expedite the restoration of your home.

THE RESTORATION PROCESS

HRN is committed to redefining our client’s expectations of quality in everything we do. We will not accept status quo in our markets, and our goal is for HRN quality to raise the bar on the quality expectations of all contractors in any area we do business. As an industry leader, our teams only know how to provide the highest quality and best service. It is the quality we want in our homes, and it is the service our communities deserve.

STRUCTURAL EVALUATION

HRN trained specialists will make an assessment of your damaged area, determine what can be repaired or needs replaced and begin a plan of recovery. Photos, measurements and state of the art 3D equipment are utilized to document and assist the estimation process.

ESTIMATE

HRN estimator will work in a timely manner inputting the above information into the "Xactimate" software program used by most of the insurance industry. This makes a standardized estimate process with detailed line by line scope of work to return your home or business to a pre-incident condition. Your HRN specialist and your adjuster will agree on the estimate and you will receive a copy from your insurance company.

WORK AUTHORIZATION

A work authorization will need to be signed by the property owner to begin repair process and agree to the Scope of Work to occur. HRN will help you every step of the way thru the process.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

An HRN project manager will review details with you, coordinate and supervise the repairs to your property and oversee the restoration process. We will provide an estimated timeline and keep you updated as needed. The construction process will be explained before getting underway. When questions arise, please contact your project manager promptly. The HRN office staff is always available to help if a concern arises.

RESTORATION & CONSTRUCTION FAQS

Find out more about the restoration process and hiring HRN to restore and reconstruction your home or business.

Honest communication is the single most important attribute missing from many otherwise successful contractors. It is absolutely imperative and necessary to have a high level of clear and consistent communication between client and contractor in order to have a successful project.

  • HRN sets realistic and achievable expectations with our clients, and we meet those expectations.
  • HRN communicates regularly and as often as needed. Our team is available for any question or concerns before, during, and after your project is completed.
  • At the beginning of the project, you receive an estimated completion date, which will be far earlier any other competitor is able to offer. HRN strives to meet this expectation at all costs. We have met this expectation an average of 95% of the time!
  • Some restoration companies say and do whatever it takes to get a signed contract. HRN will never apply high-pressure sales techniques or fabricate unrealistic timetables or expectations to get you to sign a contract before you are ready.
  • Your Project Manager provides their honest and professional opinion on all building material selections. We steer you to the highest quality products that are covered by your insurance claim. We will not ask you to accept lower quality products than those allotted by your claim, as some companies may do to increase their profits.

Our highly trained construction and renovation teams have the skills and are passionate about restoring and rebuilding your property. HRN has become a well-respected and proven fire damage contractor by offering the highest quality construction and restoration services in the industry. We know our customers desire to get their families back in their homes as soon as possible, so we strive to have even the most damaged homes completed between 90 and 120 days from the commencement of construction. This is far above the industry standard of 9–12 months. Although each job is different, HRN is the most proactive contractor in our markets, providing the shortest production schedules while simultaneously exceeding client quality expectations.

We have the shortest production schedules because we:

  1. have an above average number of in-house employees
  2. establish aggressive agreements with specialty sub-contractors
  3. require extensive and far above average employee training

These items are necessary to redefine the expectation for the amount of time it takes a fire disaster client to return home. HRN has a policy to always put people before profit. Although behind the scenes we may not hold the highest profit margins across our competitors, we take pride in providing high-quality solutions to our clients, which leads to honest referrals and lifelong relationships.

With over 30 in-house restoration and construction experts, HRN has the experience and skills necessary to facilitate the insurance process and to restore your home. We work with all insurance company adjusters to advocate for the homeowner and to develop a complete scope of damage and estimate for repair. Our professional and caring Project Managers will work quickly by meeting you and the adjuster on-site immediately to keep the project moving forward. Your Project Manager will always be available to meet with you and answer any questions about the insurance or construction and restoration process. With our process, you have peace of mind knowing that everything is being handled appropriately and professionally.
